The project with its construction coverage of 25,000 square meters comprised of 33 floors and 144 apartments. With respect to the critical geographical characteristics of the location, the reinforced concrete building structure was designed implementing the use of shear wall system. Moreover, in order to construct the earthquake resistant beams and columns primeter reinforced concrete parapets were employed.

Among the technical features of this residential complex building which is famous as one of the safest and well-known projects in Tehran the use of high quality and creditable ventilation equipment, fire alarms and extinguisher systems and emergency electricity should be mentioned.
