This project with its area of construction equal to 45,000 square meters is composed of 29 floors, out of which 25 floors are allocated to 146 apartment units, eleven commercial stores. The remaining floors include the ground floor with located public halls, and three underground floors to accommodate parking, storage areas, power room and the needed space for mechanical and electrical facilities. Given the height of the tower and its location adjacent to northern Tehran earthquake hazard zone, prefabricated steel frames with reinforced concrete core were designed and implemented.

The use of prefabricated false gypsum coverings, special façade design and installing four KONE brand elevators renders this project as one of the unique projects of Atisaz Company.
